Yesterday we were successful in cooking for not only our class but also the entire staff of the backpacking project. Preparing for dinner was extremely successful with us making record time. We cranked out a bunch of breadsticks and also baked four cakes. We drove up to Munsee and had a little break before we had to prepare dinner. We made penne vodka which had an incredible sauce, an interesting salad, and a dessert that had diabetes written all over it. At the end of the night there was nothing left over, so it seems our cooking was very good and appreciated. At the end of the night we got to relax in the cabin with the class and had a lot of fun. There is some drama surrounding today so I don't know when we will be eating but we have a lot of prep work done and we are ready to make Alaska burgers and Italian hot dogs.
